52 new lifes: mission accomplished!
Posted on 1 April 2016.Today it's April Fools' Day, buy we're not joking: thanks to your support, our dream to gift 52 brand new lifes to donkeys, mules and hinnies rescued in Colleferro has finally come true!
We collected 56 donations on crowdfunding platform "Rete del Dono, which covered 3,000€ necessary to cover registration fees to National Equine Registry.
But we also raised more funds through private fundraising page opened by our volunteer Valeria, cash on site (400€) and bank transfer donations (195€).
Our voice is not enough to say a proper "Thank you!" as loud as you deserve, so we asked donkey Sandra for help: she was one of the 52 new lifes rescued in Colleferro and you help all of them to blossom!
PS Fundraising campaign will be online until 6th May: all the donations exceeding the registration costs will be used to help us cover the high legal expenses. Not a single eurocent will be wasted.
