Brushes, cuddles... Grooming Day!
Posted on 22 May 2018.On Sunday, May 27 the Grooming Day is back: a spring day to spend in nature and, above all, in sweet donkeys' company.
Is this your first Grooming Day? This is a monthly event during which visitors, led by the staff of the shelter, have the opportunity to get to know the donkeys and learn how to take care of them with brusche, daughters and, of course, cuddles!
You can take part to two different grooming sessions: one in the morning, approximately from 11 a.m. to 12, and the other in the afternoon, between 2 p.m. and 4.30 p.m.
Booking is not required, the event is free and open to people of all ages (children under 6 years can groom and enter the fences only if accompanied by an adult).
During the day you can take part in the Pedibus and learn more about the guests and activities of our Rifugio through guided tours.
To enjoy the activities, please consider to wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes.
The Grooming Day takes place outdoors and in case of bad weather it will be canceled with a warning on our Social Pages (you can also call us at +39 015 255 18 31).
